1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the V9 Staffing website and services, including staffing, recruitment, training, and placement-related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

2) Services & No Guarantee

V9 Staffing supports job seekers and corporate clients by providing recruiting, staffing, training, and placement assistance. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring decisions, placement outcomes, or employment duration. Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and workplace policies. Job seekers remain responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and their professional performance.

3) Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information (including resumes, profiles, or job requirements), and to use our website only for lawful purposes. Misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access attempts, or harmful activities may result in suspension or termination of access.

4) Candidate & Employer Verification

While V9 Staffing may screen candidates and review employer requirements, resumes and profiles may contain self-reported information. Employers are responsible for final verification (including interviews, reference checks, background checks, and credential verification). Any additional verification services must be agreed to in writing.

5) Fees, Payments & Payment Gateways

Certain Services may involve fees (such as training programs, service packages, or employer agreements). All fees will be disclosed before payment is collected. We may accept payments via third-party payment processors and gateways. By making a payment, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable amount and agree to comply with the payment processor’s terms. V9 Staffing does not store full payment card details; payment processing is handled by the third-party provider.

For billing issues, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We reserve the right to suspend Services for disputed transactions, chargebacks, or suspected fraud, and to recover costs associated with chargebacks where permitted by law.

6) Business Directories & Third-Party Platforms

V9 Staffing may be listed on business directories and third-party platforms (for example, search engines, review platforms, professional networks, and job boards). These third-party platforms are operated independently and are governed by their own policies and terms. V9 Staffing is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, rankings, downtime, or the practices of any external platform.

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, V9 Staffing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or Services, including employment outcomes or third-party actions. If liability is found, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $100, whichever is greater), unless otherwise required by law.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where permitted by law, disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
